Mock Interview provides firms with an opportunity of a first look at prospective employees before fall recruiting. The UIC Accounting Club cordially invites you to our Mock Interview Workshop. The event will be held on Thursday, September 4th, 2008 at the Student Services building. The SSB is located at UIC at 1200 West Harrison Street, Chicago, IL 60607. This event allows accounting students to practice and enhance their communication and interviewing skills with professionals from accounting firms. Many of our most active members will be interviewing with companies during the mock interview for the first time as possible candidates to hire.

The confirmed list for the mock interview are Northern Trust Bank, Deloitte, Miller Cooper, Reznick Group, CBIZ, NFA, Plante Moran, Blackman Kallick, KPMG.

The Mock interview slots have been filled. For students who have not been selected for the Mock Interview please join us for the Meet the Firms on Septermber 11th.

ATTENTION STUDENTS ATTENDING THE MOCK INTERVIEW

At this event you will attend a Career Seminar presented by the Office of Career Services (OCS). In addition, you will need to have your resume and profile on UICcareers.com approved in order to get fully registered to participate in on-campus interviews during recruiting season. You can have your resume and profile approved through OCS (SSB 3050) by visiting during drop-in hours or by making an appointment with Laura Myers by calling (312) 996-2300. You can also get your resume and profile approved by attending the Accounting/Finance Career Expo on Wednesday, August 27, 2008.  

If you CANNOT attend the Mock Interview Workshop or Career Expo, attend one of these dates to get fully registered to participate in on-campus interviews during recruiting season.
